DR HITENDRA PATEL
Managing Director of IXL Center
Dr. Patel has not only helped drive innovation for large corporations like Johnson Controls, Hewlett Packard, LG, Verizon and P&G, but has also consulted small to medium size enterprises and governments around the globe. He built the world’s largest start-up accelerator for budding young entrepreneurs through Hult Prize in collaboration with President Bill Clinton and his team. As a Professor, he has taught innovation courses at MBA and Executive Education programs from the top universities and business schools worldwide.
Dr. Patel holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, a BSEE from Washington University in St. Louis and a PhD in Materials and Engineering from Iowa State University.
RONALD JONASH
Chairman of the Board of the Global Innovation Management Institute
Ron was a senior partner of the Monitor Group where he established and led their Innovation Practice. He was also a founder of Innovation Management Inc. For 20 years, he held Managing Director position of the Technology and Innovation
Management Practice for Arthur D. Little worldwide. As a Professor, he led numerous executive leadership and development programs at major companies. Ron has been a visiting lecturer at Rice, Wharton, Columbia universities and Hult International Business School.
Prof. Jonash holds degrees in Economics and Engineering Systems from Princeton University where he also received his Master’s Degree in Architecture and Design.

Dr Ee has over 20 years’ international work experience, helming global and regional leadership roles with organisations such as Flex and Hewlett-Packard. She has been engaged by the United Nations World Food Programme as a Change Management Consultant, based in Rome, Italy. Dr Ee has led as well as supported Senior Executives in facilitating organisational transformation and driving stakeholder engagement. She is Adjunct Professor at HELP University and USM.
Dr Ee holds an MBA (Dinstinction) from University of Stratchlyde, UK and a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. She is a certified training partner of the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI) and Management Consulting Institute (MCI).

Boston Innovation Gateway (BIG) was founded by IXL Center following a study conducted at Harvard University designed to help companies and individuals go international.
